In 2001 SBS Designs President Craig SBS Shorty Bernabeu Was Hired By Multiple Grammy Award Producer And Remixer David Morales At Def Mix Productions / Records & For The Record – Record Pool, Owned By Industry Legend Judy Weinstein & Davids Partner At Def Mix Productions As There In-House Sound Engineer And The Re-Design & Re-Engineering For The Custom Playback Reference Monitor System For Def Mix Productions And All Of David’s Studio Mix Shows On FM Radio And Globally.

In 2002-2003 David Morales purchased Stereo in Montreal and hired Craig SBS Shorty Bernabeu in 2002 of SBS Slammer to Upgrade, totally redesign & re engineer with David Morales Stereo in Montreal to the State of the art SBS Beast one of a kind multiple award nominated and winning sound system. The pairing of David and Shorty in Montreal at Stereo lead them to many Award nominations and winnings in multiple magazines.
